Ages: 5 – 16 (11 & under must be accompanied by an adult)

Come join the fun! The Wichita Falls Parks and Recreation department in conjunction with Texas Parks and Wildlife will be hosting free after school fishing sessions for all area youth.

Participants will receive personalized & expert instruction on common fishing techniques. Fish, of legal size, can be taken home.

All should bring a bucket for “take home” fish, a drink, a hat & sunscreen. Register on-site at South Weeks Pond the day of the event.

A limited number of poles will be available to borrow from TPWD and bait will be provided.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, May 3, 5, 10 & 12
Time: 4:30pm – 6:00pm
Where: South Weeks Pond – 2006 Southwest Pkwy.
