Basics of Landscape Design

This course taught by Michael Fiore introduces the fundamental principles and practices of landscape design in north Texas. Topics addressed will include balance, proportion and scale, unity and harmony, movement, pathways, boundaries, form, and texture. The main focus will be on the selection of the right plants for the right place and layering plants using height, texture, and color to create depth and interest.
