The tour will start with hot chocolate and cookies with Santa at the Recreation Center, 600 11th St. 2nd floor, then move to the trolley to tour the Fantasy of Lights/Country Club and return to the Recreation Center about an hour later. $10.00 per person over the age of 3 years.
