Introducing Nature Preschool at River Bend Nature Center! Children will experience dynamic, free-play exploration of their natural environment.

Guided by their innate sense of wonder, children will explore several ecosystems. Including the bottomland forest, the pond, the wild side, and the hillside. The activities and locations are learner-directed so children have an opportunity to choose what and where they want to explore for the day. Nature Preschool nurtures intrinsic motivation and accommodates different learning styles. Through immersion in the natural world, children gain a sense of stewardship and responsibility.

Nature Preschool will take place every Tuesday and Thursday (except for spring break), March 2nd through the 30th from 8:30 AM- 12:00 PM, and is for ages 3-5.

The cost is $160 per child for non-members and $150 per child for RBNC members.
