Portraits aren’t just for people. In this watercolor workshop we will examine two beautiful house portraits from the museum’s permanent collection by the Wichita Falls artist Polly Cox. Then after a brief lesson on sketching and watercolor technique, we will make our own house portraits. Bring a photo of your house, a house that is significant to you or choose from one of the reference images that will be available in class. All supplies are provided.
