Beautiful downtown Wichita Falls location, OG Cellars At The Holt, is hosting an intimate Valentine’s Day dinner created by their own Chef Darcy. Chef Darcy has created a menu unlike anything currently available in Wichita Falls. Seating is very limited. Price is for two seats (per couple).
Charcuterie and aged cheese Imported from Spain and Portugal
This board features a sliced Jamon Serrano that is cured for 2 years and then aged for 16-20 months.
Cappa Iberico de Bellota acorn fed jamon freshly sliced.
Sheep and goat cheese marinaded with olive oil, peppercorns, fresh thyme and garlic.
Drunken Italian cheese that has been aged for 18 months then again in local wine barrels for another 6 months.
Served with a rosemary grapefruit and a strawberry lemongrass spread accompanied with sliced baguette.
This French beef stew is made with a delicate prime rib cut, slowly roasted in OG Cellars very own red wine served on a bed of pomme purée.
