Cleopatra’s Eyes is one of a collection of Ralph Stearns murals that add color to downtown Wichita Falls. Ralph has multiple murals across downtown Wichita Falls, many of them on the outsides of buildings so you can drive by and enjoy them any time. The mural’s white background has a pair of eyes, made up with mascara and multi-color eye shadow, detailed by splashes of rainbow colors, faintly symmetrical.
