The name for Franks & Joe’s Coffee House comes from Wichita Falls founding fathers Frank Kell and Joesph kemp. The owners of Frank and Joe’s is a mother and daughter team with a huge passion for the Wichita Falls community, local business, non-profit organizations, and coffee. Their goal was to offer the freshest coffee in a local, warm and welcoming setting and do great things to support Wichita Falls.
