Midwestern State’s tennis facility is located across from D.L. Ligon Coliseum at the south end of campus near the intersection at Midwestern Pkwy. and Council Drive. The lighted, eight-court facility features bleacher seating and elevated viewing platforms. The facility is accompanied by an office and restrooms. You can also utilize the nearby Hamilton Park and Weeks Park tennis centers for tournament play.
DIRECTIONS
FROM THE SOUTH (U.S. 281): Take Midwestern Parkway exit and turn left under the overpass. Travel 2.4 miles on Midwestern Parkway to the traffic light at the intersection at Taft Blvd. Continue 500 feet and make a right turn onto Council Drive (campus). The MSU Tennis Center is located immediately on your left.
FROM THE NORTH (I-44): Continue on U.S. 277/281 over the elevated highway, then exit right onto U.S. 82 West / U.S. 277 South. Exit at Taft Blvd. and turn left onto Taft Blvd. under the overpass. Continue 1.25 miles through the neighborhood to the traffic light at Midwestern Pkwy. Turn right onto Taft Blvd., continue 500 feet and make a right turn onto Council Drive (campus). The MSU Tennis Center is located immediately on your left.
FROM THE EAST (U.S. 287/U.S. 82): Merge left onto U.S. 82 West / U.S. 277 South. Exit at Taft Blvd. and turn left onto Taft Blvd. under the overpass. Continue 1.25 miles through the neighborhood to the traffic light at Midwestern Pkwy. Turn right onto Midwestern Pkwy., continue 500 feet and make a right turn onto Council Drive (campus). The MSU Tennis Center is located immediately on your left.
FROM THE WEST (U.S. 287): Continue on U.S. 277/281 over the elevated highway, then exit right onto U.S. 82 West / U.S. 277 South. Continue 1.7 miles, then exit at Taft Blvd. Turn left onto Taft Blvd. under the overpass. Continue 1.25 miles through the neighborhood to the traffic light at Midwestern Pkwy. Turn right onto Midwestern Pkwy., continue 500 feet and make a right turn onto Council Drive (campus). The MSU Tennis Center is located immediately on your left.
