The Arts Council WF is hosting the 19th Annual Sculpture Garden Reception and Garden Party at the Kemp Center for the Arts in Downtown Wichita Falls. They will be welcoming the 10 new sculptures to display from May 2023-May 2024.
Light bites provided.
Cold drinks and cocktails from The Traveling Tavern Mobile Bar.
No admission fee and no RSVP required. Just show up and enjoy.
Meet the artists and juror. Enjoy live music by Anthony Ailey, light appetizers, drinks, and of course, good company! Awards for first, second and third place will be given out to the artists that evening, as well.
This exhibit is NATIONALLY recognized and represents local, regional, and national artists. This year, artwork was juried by Dewane Hughes, who is the Associate Professor at University of Texas at Tyler. Installation of the exhibit is overseen by Joe Barrington of Red Star Studio in Throckmorton, TX.

More about Sculpture Garden:
The Sculpture Garden exhibit is outdoor and open-to-the-public. It presents a unique art and nature viewing opportunity for the Wichita Falls community, as well as tourists and travelers visiting the area. The Sculpture Garden and the Kemp Center for the Arts are always free to enjoy and open during regular business hours. Monday-Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9am-8pm, Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday 10am-4pm.

The theme this year is “On the Farm” and will feature a special photography exhibit by award-winning photographer RJ Kern.
Kids can learn about the arts through play, self-guided stations and hands-on activities. This includes poetry and writing, visual art, and music, as well as engaging children through story-telling, reading, and movement.
No admission fee, guests can always just drop in during business hours.
