This month we are happy to be bringing awareness to animal non-profit, Emily’s Legacy Rescue. Since 2014 ELR has led the way in reducing the number of animals being euthanized as a foster based animal rescue. Emily’s Legacy Rescue relies on volunteers and community support to continue making progress towards making Wichita Falls a no kill city. With the help of fosters willing to take in an animal for a period of time, ELR is able to provide them with all of the tools to succeed in their future forever home. Any animal (cat or dog) fostered with Emily’s Legacy Rescue is fully vetted. In foster homes, the animals will learn basic house manners, potty training (if needed), crate training, and how to socialize. Fostering an animal allows us to understand their personality, to get an idea if they are good with other dogs, cats, children, or livestock.

This week we’ll start off with a little WINE BINGO, and see where the night takes us! Each participant makes a $10 donation to play. Your $10 donation guarantees you a spot and seating is limited! All of that money goes to the charitable organization. We will also donate 10% of all our sales (drinks and food) as well! Doors open at 6 to give everyone time to order wine, frozens, cocktails, hard cider, sodas, and food. Each round’s winner will receive a prize. We will play as many games as we can squeeze in before the clock strikes 9. Who is ready to shout BINGO?!?
