A Museum for everyone

Wichita Falls is the proud home to a number of museums you won’t want to miss. The Wichita Falls Museum of Art at Midwestern State University is a community favorite with its permanent collection of American art, as well as changing exhibitions. The Kell House Museum is a great spot for lovers of history as the home was built in 1909 and still features much of its original furnishings. Another good place to learn about local Native American history, as well as cowboy history and gas and oil industry history, is The Museum of North Texas History. If you’re a wrestling fan, you’ll want to be sure and add The Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame & Museum to your to-do list when you’re here. For lovers of antique cars, visit P’s Crazy Car Museum.  Educational, historical, and cultural, the museums in Wichita Falls are an unforgettable experience.
